Just making one of my favorite dishes, pork chopped into cubes and served with white rice. Absolutely delicious. The key is in the cooking process on the stove and that’s where the trifecta comes into play.

I saute a sweet onion before adding about 1.5 lbs of cubed pork (season with pepper, garlic powder and Adobo), cook it over medium heat for about 5 minutes just to get things going. Add the big three:

    1- Vinegar (1/4 cup)
    2- Soy Sauce (1/4 cup)
    3- Worcestershire sauce (3/4 cup)

Once complete I cut up two limes and squeeze them over the mix, lower heat and let cook for about 45 mins to an hour. If it starts to get dry I add a bit more water but not much.

Serve over rice, the meat and sauce is almost creamy and freaking awesome. But then again…I like salty stuff. 🙂 Your results may vary.

I also include copious amounts of this on top.
