Sure seems to me the constitution should still apply here. The problem is, it is a piece of paper that can’t defend itself. In my mind the fatal flaw we are seeing with the constitution is no repercussions for breaking it are outlined in it.

A violation of the Constitution is a violation of human rights, rights that exist with or without a government. So in my mind trampling the constitution is to trample human rights. We scold despotic dictators for such actions, and justify them on our soil.

Between Osha,EPA, and ACA on top of taxes and more taxes…I’m leaning towards poorer pretty quick. Oh well at least I have 5 million more people to bid against for my jobs and they pay their help 35 bucks a day. I should be turning the corner before to long. That is if the looters don’t just take it from me first.

I saw a bit of burning in the beginning as the president gave his speech about non violence, pretty funny split screen.

I have not seen anything since. We have been in the hospital with our new daughter for weeks now. We’ve been completely unplugged, no TV, very limited phone. Just a Bible and praying here.

There were some protesters near the hospital but the national gaurd and high police presence surrounded us.
