Right now my wife is making some outstanding chili, using peppers / onions / herbs / tomatoes from our garden. No doubt food that is made from home grown veggies tastes much better than store bought, it’s often like a flavor explosion in one’s mouth.
early peppers here, I tend to make a chili powder with them after drying the excess ones. also have rosemary sage oregano and mint got cooking herbs. as you say, munch better than store bought.
