Greetings everyone! It’s been a long time but I wanted to assure everyone that I’m alive and well and still kicking here in the mountains of Colorado. Life in the early 40’s for me has been crazy but things have worked out for the best. I retired from the Army, quit a corporate job, got a divorce, and found someone who truly completes me. Prepping has been always on my mind and I continue to do it to this day. Just this last week we:
- Cycled all gas containers that were 6 months old, added stabil to those and labeled them
- Ran everything with a motor, all generators, chainsaws etc
- Cycled water storage
- Cleaned up garage, other storage areas in prep for winter
- Started to inventory food storage
- Continued to sharpen the sword with firearms training
- Identified and will go pick up several more cord of wood in the next few weeks
I truly apologize for not keeping up with this but I have to tell you that when life throws things your way you never expect, it can be an experience. I have so much to write about and to share, I hope all of you will come along for the ride. Cheers ~ PJ

Welcome back! been wondering where you went!
just happy for you and things are much better. .still looking for person/prepper in Richmond, va area. city folk “stupid” i built a 10x 12 Greenhouse. on my 3/4 acre city house . “Teacher -female-next door had no clue what it was. & why , stores 2 miles away. changed her now she’s so happy & growing some food.
